Question 1

How long does it take to set up Visaible for a hotel?

Accepted Answer

Most hotels are up and running with Visaible in just a few days.

Question 2

Does Visaible require any integrations with our hotel systems?

Accepted Answer

The Visaible software runs securely outside your hotel systems: it's a standalone platform with nothing to integrate or install, and it never accesses sensitive hotel data.

Question 3

How does Visaible work with our internal team?

Accepted Answer

The platform runs the optimisation work on the hotel's behalf: identifying the highest-impact changes, then shipping them directly into the hotel's pages, schema, FAQs and citations. Nothing sits in a queue waiting for the marketing team to action it. The hotel team approves; the platform executes. That's the workflow: approve, ship, measure. For hotel groups, the platform provides a single view across every property, so corporate teams can oversee performance and strategy while execution runs continuously underneath at each property.

Question 4

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. Visaible believes in earning your business every month. You can cancel your monitoring subscription at any time with no penalties or fees.

Question 5

Why does my hotel need ongoing monitoring?

Accepted Answer

AI models are highly dynamic and constantly evolving. Here's why continuous monitoring is essential: 1. New content (including from competitors) is published across the internet daily, which directly impacts how AI models answer questions about your hotel. 2. AI responses are probabilistic - which means the same question can generate different AI answers even at the exact same time. Ongoing monitoring is critical to distinguish genuine trends from random noise. 3. AI algorithms are frequently updated, which can impact what AI looks for when retrieving content. Regular monitoring ensures you keep up with these changes and maintain optimal visibility.

Question 6

What AI models does Visaible monitor?

Accepted Answer

Visaible monitors the major AI platforms that travellers use: ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Perplexity, Meta AI, and Co-Pilot. The platform covers twice-monthly analysis to track changes in visibility, sentiment, and accuracy across all these platforms.

Question 7

How does monitoring help me measure ROI on AI optimisation?

Accepted Answer

The platform captures baseline metrics before optimisation and tracks improvements after each shipped change. Hotels see concrete data on visibility increases, sentiment improvements and reduced inaccuracies, all correlated with the changes the platform shipped. This makes it straightforward to quantify the impact of execution and justify continued investment in AI presence.

Question 8

Why is AI optimisation important for hotels?

Accepted Answer

AI models like ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity and more are influencing traveller decisions. Without optimisation, your hotel may be excluded from AI recommendations or presented with inaccurate information, leading to a loss of bookings.

Question 9

How long does it take to see results?

Accepted Answer

Results vary depending on your starting point and the optimisation approach. With monitoring, hotels gain immediate insights into their current AI presence. For optimisation, most properties begin seeing improved visibility within 4-12 weeks, with continued improvements over time as AI models update their knowledge base.

Question 10

What happens if AI is sharing inaccurate information about my hotel?

Accepted Answer

The platform's accuracy and source analysis flags inaccuracies in real time, showing exactly what incorrect information is being shared and which AI platforms are spreading it. It then ships corrections at the source (schema, FAQs, on-page copy) so AI models pick up the right answer within days. Without execution, these inaccuracies persist indefinitely, misleading potential guests and damaging bookings.

Question 11

What's the difference between Monitoring, Optimisation and Execution?

Accepted Answer

Monitoring is the baseline; it shows how AI models currently represent the hotel: visibility gaps, sentiment, competitor benchmarks. Optimisation is the platform identifying the highest-impact changes for that hotel, ranked by expected booking uplift. Execution is the platform shipping those changes directly into the hotel's pages, schema, FAQs and citations on the hotel's behalf, with the hotel approving before anything goes live.
